Assumes other Territory Leadership Responsibilities, such as mentoring/subject matter expert, and etc., at the direction of the Territory Vice President.Leads and partners with Asset protection to ensure that all shrink, and safety procedures are being consistently executed in all stores. ![]() This includes but is not limited to staffing standards, brand standards, presentation/signing standards, selling processes, inventory management processes and others as defined. Ensures execution of all Retail Non-Negotiable Standards across district.Achieves all financial metrics for the assigned district, including but not limited to sales, selling metrics, staffing & labor, shrink and damages expense and net income/profit.Manages, investigates, and resolves all customer service and associate relations issues in the assigned district.Manages the overall customer experience for the assigned district.Leads and oversees training and onboarding of all new hire training for store directors in the assigned district.Responsible for working with field and home office support partners to optimize financial performance of his/her assigned district. ![]()
